Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed on insertofficial.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by EDXAD LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, with its address at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("[insert]", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who we sell to

The Site sells [insert] products to individual customers. Shops and other trade buyers can order at wholesale prices on insertwholesale.com.

2. Products

Products are embroidered beanies and caps as described on the Site, in one size. Product images on the Site may be illustrations. Slight variations in color, embroidery placement and finish between screen and product, and between production batches, are normal and are not defects.

3. Prices and minimum order

• Prices are in US dollars, per piece, as shown on the Site.
• Shipping is free within the United States.
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are payable by the buyer.
• There is no minimum order.
• The price charged is the price shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time for future orders.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid online by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Production and delivery

• Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide.
• Delivery usually takes about 5 to 9 business days from payment. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control do not give a right to cancel or to compensation.
• We currently ship within the United States only. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address are charged to the buyer.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you on full payment.

6. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, as long as it has not been shipped. Email [email protected] with your order reference; we then refund you in full.

7. Returns and refund requests

To request a return or a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, or items are missing, include photos of the products and packaging within 7 days of delivery; after review we replace the affected items or refund them. Please do not send products back before we reply.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is included in the product price and is refunded in proportion to the refunded items.

9. Designs and intellectual property

The [insert]™ trademark, designs and images on the Site are owned by EDXAD LLC. You may not reproduce the designs or the [insert] name on other products.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory law where you are established provides otherwise.
